Tikka Pork Poppadom Cups
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
500g Pork mince
1 jar Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
1 Small red onion, finely sliced
1 Long red chilli, finely sliced
To serve:
Sharwood’s poppadoms
Coriander, mint leaves
Sharwood’s Mango Chutney
Natural yoghurt
Lime wedges
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frypan over medium high heat, add onion and cook for 1 min until softened.
Step 2
Add the pork mince, cook for 5 or 6 mins until golden brown, breaking up the lumps with the back of a spoon.
Step 3
Pour in Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce and cook over medium low heat for 10 mins.
Step 4
Prepare Sharwood’s poppadoms as directed on the packet in a microwave placing each poppadum over a small cup to make the cup shape.
Step 5
Spoon the mince into the poppadom cups, garnish with red onion, chilli and herbs.
Step 6
Swirl the Sharwood’s Mango Chutney into yoghurt and serve with lime wedges.
